What do Successful CEO's, Nike, and other brands have in common? Personal Mission Statements (mantras or taglines) to align their actions with desired outcomes. It's easy to stay busy from dawn until dusk volunteering, working, caring for the kids, house, dogs and exercise. Being intentional about your decisions is much harder but not impossible.
